[cs615asa] Document available online should be plain text or encrypted text?

So we should add this URL after these points? And encrypted the whole
content with your key, then send the encrypted file to you?

   - the name of your team
   - the Stevens usernames of all members of your team
   - the PGP key id(s) for which the instructions should be encrypted
