[cs615asa] Errors using package manager for Fedora

It'll work. It's an issue because of the low end configuration of instances
usually. What's your instance type?
Micro and nano type instances will be having this. There's a lot of data
that's coming back and which needs very specific type of processing and
that is too much to handle at once so it is a stall feeling but it will
work. I made tea and came back and it was done.
