Hello,

I was wondering if there were any restrictions on how the command should be
run. Does it have to be packaged to the point where it is a standalone
command? For example, if we have the tool written in perl, can we include
in the README that the tool should be run as "# afewmore.pl [...]", or does
it have to run as "# afewmore [...]" from the command line?

Not sure if I'm making it more complicated than it needs to be.
