[cs615asa] Fwd: (no subject)

okay, i configured the aws cli and when i try to run the command
"aws ec2 create-security-group --group-name devenv-sg --description
"security group for development environment in EC2"
I get the error:
Could not connect to the endpoint URL: "https://ec2.USA.amazonaws.com/"
I am not sure why
