I've been completely unable to ssh into any instances for a couple of days
now. Two days ago I created an instance and successfully sshed in. After I
left that instance and terminated it, I tried to create another with the
same method, but I couldn't ssh in. As far as I can tell, instances are
being created properly. I've checked my security group, my key, and my
route tables. Everything seems to be configured properly to allow traffic,
but I keep getting "connection timed out" errors. I tried using
purposefully incorrect information to see what would happen, such as the
wrong key or username, but the same "connection timed out" error appeared
rather than the ones you would expect.

I'm totally stumped. I'd appreciate any help.
