No, that goes against the intention of the requirement to send questions
here.  To clarify:

You should be able to solve all levels without requiring additional
information from me.  If you are seeking additional information, then
that must come at the price of possibly revealing to the other teams
something they may not know.

On a related note: all your submissions should always be CCd to all
members of the team.  I will not reply to submissions or inquiries from
individuals only.

Once you complete a given level, I will provide your team with new
instructions for the next level.  If a level is completed and expires
before all other teams finishg it, I will send instructions as well.
