[cs615asa] Part 2 Script Timing out

I'm not sure if I have to optimize my script more or if the testing server
is just under high load, but my script for part 2 runs in about 15 seconds
on my laptop, but gets about half of the way through its output and times
out after 300 seconds on the testing server. So far I've tried to optimize
it by decompressing the file once and storing that in the /tmp directory
instead of doing gzcat | every time but that didn't seem to help much.
