[cs615asa] Part 2 Script Timing out

I am now having the same problem with my part 3 script, after cutting the
running time on my part 2 script by about 40%. The running time on the test
server is very  inconsistent. There are times when I was able to finish
executing all the tests in under 600 seconds and also many times where I
didn't even finish calculating the first result before 600 seconds was up.
