Hi All,

I was looking at potential meetups to go to for our Meetup Assignment, and
stumbled upon a talk on "Big and Streaming Data Architectures on AWS":

Information at the following link:
https://www.meetup.com/DevOps-Efficiency-on-AWS-NYC/events/249379457/

>From what it appears, is that Spotinst -- A company that focuses on
minimizing costs when using cloud based platforms such as AWS -- and
Upsolver -- a Company that specializes in managing Amazon S3 "data lakes"
-- are getting together to do this talk about being able to manage and
analyze very high data throughput workloads on cloud based systems, and how
to do so in a cost-effective manner. Additionally, the emphasis appears to
be on doing this all using AWS.

There will be Two Speakers at this event:
Yuval Dovrat, Director of Solutions Architecture at Spotinst, where he will
go over how to keep computing costs down as the amount of data that needs
to be analyzed grows

And

Ori Rafael, CEO of Upsolver, where he will go over the traditional Data
Warehouse approach to information storage, and how they compare to Data
Lakes on AWS, and finally how his Company's product is able to help in
using these Data Architectures.

Just wanted to know if this seemed like an acceptable Meetup for the
assignment.

Regards,
Matthew Mahoney
