The host is down for good, but I moved the data over to a new instance.

The scoreboard is now here:
http://ec2-54-166-128-209.compute-1.amazonaws.com/ctf-scoreboard.html

All other URLs on the old system should now be functional on this new
host, too.

Unfortunately, this means I won't have time tonight to review any
pending submissions from your for level2.  I will do so tomorrow, but
there's a good chance that won't happen until later, so if you have
solved level 2, take the time off until further notice.
