[cs615asa] Question for HW3

Dear All,
            For the question in HW3 “Are all added packages necessary to run the software?” .   What`s this question mean? Is this mean how many packages I use package manager to install apache  or  how many packages necessary to compile apache(Change compile parameter to successful run apache)?
