[cs615asa] [CS615] Boto EC2 Keypair

Hi all,

Is anyone else attempting to use the Boto API implementation in Python3? If
so, we're having some difficulties SSHing into newly launched instances.
After investigating, it appears that the instances are being created
without matching a specific key pair. I would appreciate any suggestions as
to how we could debug this problem and gain access to the hosts.
