[cs615asa] hw1 issue

Thank you for all the replies, I solve the problem by add a EBS storage in step 4 add EBS storage.
In other instance, I do not have to add the EBS storage, the instance can work normally. 
But in netbsd instance, if I do not add a EBS storage, It will fail the instance check and the instance can not be connected.
