Yes, I opened up everything in the security group to verify it wasn't the group that was causing my issues.

Did you check if the port is open on instance's security group?

Anyone else having client issues? Every time I try to query anything I'm getting this error back from my DNS Resolver. I've check firewall setting in security groups and can ping both host and client. I cant think of anything else why the resolver cant talk back to the client.
