Hey Jan,

Should we output diagnostic information on the progress of the tool? I ask because it takes quite a bit of time for the instance to be created, and be ready to use with it passing aws ec2 wait instance-status-ok --instance-id i-05153da5086404752 cleanly, which it seems to need to before any ssh-ing works.
