[cs615asa] NetBSD EC2 not working?

Follow-up with resolution:

It appears that AWS Educate doesn't have access to community ami's. I didn't read that anywhere, but that's the conclusion I'm settling on.
Once I created a regular free-tier AWS account, the NetBSD instance spun right up with no issues on a t1.micro with the 64-bit x86 NetBSD 7.0 ami.
