[cs615asa] Green Team Mission - Week 7

Hi all,

This week, I looked at an article from Cloudflare concerning a problem they
encountered when they increased internal BGP load balancing using
ECMP, or *equal
cost multi-path routing*.

It involves ICMP black holes, Path MTU Discovery, and the difficulty
involved when you combine the two of them.
