[cs631apue] high latency?

I can confirm that I have experiencing the same connection quality. The lag
has been a fairly common occurrence for me since I've been here at Stevens,
but I do feel that is has been become a quite regular problem this week.
I'm currently getting 60ms on gort.cs.stevens.edu , but I was dealing with
200-400ms earlier today and last night.
