[cs631apue] final exam grades

Hello,

I've just sent out the grade for the final exam.  Solutions are posted
here:

I've also given everybody an extra 2 points for successfully writing
their name on the bluebook and rounded up incorrect answers that would
have yielded half-points (ie, if an answer was worth 3 points, and you
got it half-way right, I deducted only one point instead of 1.5).
