Professor,
I cannot find the default C compiler on OmniOS. I have tried gcc cc CC.
Can you name the default one?

I have googled and found out that The default OmniOS install contains
only runtime-oriented packages and does not include a compiler, linker,
system headers etc. So I tried this command to install it - pkg install
developer/gcc48. But I do not have sufficient permissions.

Can you help?

Thanks
Sonal
