[cs631apue] Reading From Client Socket

When using  read(2) or recv(2) on an accepted client socket, I've been
experiencing errors such as "Socket operation on non-socket" and "Transport
endpoint is not connected". I'm not sure where the issue is coming from,
how should I go about debugging it? I can provide code segments if
requested.
