Hi All,
 
I had an issue with submitting the help desk ticket for access to
linux-lab.cs.stevens.edu ("You do not have permission to access this
application"). When I called IT Support they referred me to Peter
Zafonte (pzafonte at stevens.edu) who supposedly handles those requests.
So, if anyone else is having a similar problem I would suggest getting in
contact with him.
