'etc/passwd' and '/etc/passwd' are different things.

On linux-lab, '/etc/passwd' exists.

Either way, you have access to the script and you can and should read it
carefully when you run into problems and try to figure out what might
cause the issue you're running into.

If you just post a sparse error message to the list, it will be
difficult to help you overcome your problems.

Please try to analyze the problem in detail and post what you have done
to diagnose the issue and what you speculate the problem might be.
