[cs631apue] Issues with fetching apue tarball over SSL

Hello,

I’m running NetBSD on an M1 Mac using UTM. While trying to fetch apue-code.tar.gz over ssl, I’m getting a seemingly SSL related error (screenshot<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ksAhTfF0VDSeQRk0ui2WrkD04LnODguA/view?usp=sharing>). I think it’s related to SSL because I was able to fetch the tar over an insecure http protocol. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a proper solution?
