[FAST] Diversity Conference

I didn't get to finish my announcements at the gbm because of the 
multiple fire alarms. 

Anyways, we need 4 representatives to go to the diversity conference 
this weekend and 2 people to help set up ( the 2 people setting up will 
count toward our 4 representatives). 

So, if you're not going to find and are attending the conference please
