Hello!

 

Would you please forward the following message to your general body? :)

My name is Melissa Matos, and I am the Service Ministry leader for the
Stevens Christian Fellowship. Every year, our organization participates in a
global mission called Operation Christmas Child. This year, we'd like to
invite all students to participate in this opportunity to share peace, love,
and joy! Every year for the past 35 years, Operation Christmas Child has
been used to deliver millions of Christmas gifts to children in need all
throughout the world. Here's how you can get involved!


Our mission is to collect 60 gift boxes by Thursday, November 8th

For the next two weeks, there will be a gift box in the S.C. Williams
Library, located near the help desk in the main entrance lobby, where you
can drop off small gift items (toys, school supplies, hygiene items, etc.).


Another way you can help out is to simply collect shoe boxes (or any shoe
box-sized container) to serve as gift boxes.

On Thursday, November 8th, we will be assembling all the gifts together in
Jacobus Lounge from 6-9 p.m.

 

I'm really hoping to see the Stevens community come together for such a
beautiful cause!
