Onam is the biggest and the most important festival of the Indian state of
Kerala. It is a harvest festival and is celebrated with joy and enthusiasm
all over the state by people of all communities. According to a popular
legend, the festival is celebrated to welcome King Mahabali, whose spirit is
said to visit Kerala at the time of Onam. You will be able have the chance
to create your very own Rangoli, an Indian intricate Color Sand Pattern.
There will also be food and you will be able to take your creation home!

El Dia de los Muertos

cultures commemorate those who have deceased. We will be distributing paper
lanterns in honor of the Day of the dead (Día de los Muertos) and releasing
them after the event.

Mid-Autumn Festival is an inherited custom of moon ceremonies. The ancient
Chinese observed that the movement in the moon had a close relationship with
the changes of seasons and agricultural production, thus resulting in this
important holiday in China where families give thanks to and celebrate the
coming of the full moon. There will be traditional Moon Cakes served along
with authentic, delicious bubble tea. Come out and enjoy the night with CSA!
