[Habitat_gb] RE: FUNDRAISING THIS SATURDAY

All,

 

In addition to the time slots below, there is a volleyball tournament this
weekend with games on Saturday night and Sunday morning.  There is also
another wrestling match at 3:00 PM on Saturday.  The morning wrestling match
has already been spoken for, but I need volunteers for the other events.
Even if you are not going on the trip, we would appreciate your help as part
of the Stevens chapter of HFH.  If we do not have people at these sporting
events, we will not get the money.

All,

 

Russ Rogers (Athletic Director) has agreed to give us the proceeds for the
wrestling meet this Saturday and the basketball doubleheader next Friday
night.  I need people to sit at tables located near the entrance to the
event to collect admissions, ask for donations, and sell raffle tickets.
The game times are as follows:

 

Saturday, January 26, 2008:

11:00 AM

1:00 PM

 

Friday, February 1, 2008

6:00 PM

8:00 PM

 

I will need people to be at the table a half hour before the event starts.
Please let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE when you would like to work.
Remember, the amount of fundraising you get is proportional to the amount of
hours you work.
