[Igsa] Accomodation notice

Hi,
 The residence life has no more accomodation for temperory basis on 
campus. This can be tough for the new students who are yet to come. A 
lot of students are already here and most are getting used to the 
country. 
 But please look out for the new students and let me know if there are 
any accomodation facilities or rentals available so i might keep a not 
of it to provide it to new students.

Also if you are a new student reading this message, please take notice 
that the residence life accomodation is full and has no more vacancies.
