I notice that the collision energy setting on the Quattro is stuck 
again at -400 and won't adjust. I'm guessing that it had been switched 
off at some point recently and not used since?

So, I remember that the remedy last time was to leave it operating in 
Standby overnight. I'm leaving it that way this evening to see how it 
looks tomorrow.
