[Redshift] Please Vote for Our New Constitution

Attention All:

Last week we began voting on our new constitution.  In order to become 
ratified, it must be approved by two thirds of our voting membership.  
We are now collecting votes via email with non-secret ballot.  The 
constitution with changes recorded is attached.  Please send your vote 
of approval or disapproval to redshift at stevens.edu.
