[Redshift] Written Submissions Review Postponed!

Hello everyone,

We have to postpone the review of written submissions because it is a
difficult night for many people, and apparently there is a class or review
in K228 anyways.  We will let you know when the submission review session
will be taking place.  Sorry for the late notice.
