PROPOSED NEW CONSTITUTION
In the last few meetings, RedShift members and e-board have been
developing a new constitution so as to better serve the needs of the
organization as a whole.
There are several major changes, amongst which are the redefining of
voting membership, clarification of executive roles, and the addition
of a new executive position.
Please take a moment to review the attached draft.
The proposed constitution will be put to a vote Monday, October 5, 2009
at 8:00 PM in the conference room located on the second floor of
Jacobus. Note that you must be present in order to vote on the matter,
but opinions may be submitted via email at any time prior to the
aforementioned date and all indicated concerns will be put to the
present body for consideration.
ADDITIONAL BUSINESS
As a reminder, RedShift Open Mic Night is scheduled for this Friday,
October 2nd at 9 PM in Jacobus. Bring your instruments, jokes,
