Hello everyone,

Just wanted to inform everyone that nominations for RedShift eboard and
minor board positions are now open. Elections will be held this
*Tuesday in Babbio 220 at 9pm*. The eboard and minor board positions
are listed below. If any of you want to become more involved with
RedShift but do not want to be a full eboard member, the minor board
positions are a great alternative. Nominations for any position can be
sent through an email to *_redshift at stevens.edu_* or can be announced at
the meeting before elections begin. Candidates must meet the SGA
requirements for becoming an eboard member and have attended at least
two meetings in the past (election meeting and events will count toward
this). If you wish to be nominated for a position and cannot make it to
the meeting, please send us an email.

meetings and act as the official representative in all matters

the SGA. They are to fulfill the roles of the Secretary as defined in
the SGA bylaws.

_*Minor Board Positions*_

that the distribution boxes around campus (residence halls, academic
buildings, etc.) are kept full for the students to take.

layout design for the magazine. They must either be familiar with the

this program.

the visual submissions to the magazine and leading the visual editing
sessions.

_Head Writing Editor_ - This student will be in charge of organizing the
written submissions to the magazines and leading the sessions for
editing these submissions.

_Webmaster_ - This student will be responsible for updating the RedShift
website on a regular basis. (A warning: the website has not been
updated in quite some time and could probably use some work.)

_Head of Publicity_ - This student will be responsible for all
advertising of events and deadlines for RedShift. This includes
submitting and distributing posters, newsletter announcements, and any
