Hello contributors!

Just letting you know about all the events coming up before the end of the
semester! This semester's *Writer's Circle* will feature *David Vincenti*,
a poet and alumni if Stevens!

This Wednesday Night:

"Poetry in Response to Visual Art" workshop Feat. David Vincenti
*Date: Wednesday 4/17/2013
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Jacobus Lounge*
Come participate in different exercises and fuel your interest in poetry or
art, and understand how to express visual art through writing. Workshop
will be followed by a reading and performance by David Vincenti at 9pm in
Jacobus. All are welcome, no writing experience is necessary!

Poetry Reading Feat. David Vincenti

David Vincenti is an alumnus of Stevens Institute of Technology whose poems
have appeared in the Paterson Literary Review, Edison Literary Review, and
The Journal of New Jersey Poets, and have been nominated for a Pushcart
Prize. In addition to his own writings, David leads writing workshops in
New Jersey schools. On April 17th, David will be reading some of his work
and performing with reading partner S. Thomas Summers. Reading will be
preceded by a writing workshop at 7pm in Jacobus

Location: Jacobus Lounge*
Whether you are a musician, comedian, poet, or actor, the mic is open for

Artist's Corner
*Date: Thursday 4/25/2013
Time: 8:00pm
Location: Hayden Lounge*
Come for a creative night and create a hanging yarn ball to decorate your
room! No experience is needed. Make desserts while you wait for your
decoration to dry! Art supplies and ingredients will be provided!!
