[Sgdc] Game Jame Theme Announcement!

The Winners are both *Water* and *Vision*.

Either or both is fine.

The fun/alternate theme is *Bears*.

You don't technically have to follow the theme, but we will be voting on
the games, and one category will be theme. The others will be in overall,
art, gameplay, and humor.
