Hi all, our friends behind Where Shadows Slumber have a cool opportunity
for anyone who would like to showcase a game or two they've made. Below is
the email regarding the details.
Please let me know if you would like to participate as soon as possible and
I will let them know.
Hope your summer is going well,
Quinn M. Corcoran

Every year at NYU Steinhardt we run a series of Summer Workshops that
include a Videogame Scoring Workshop

where
composers from around the world come for an intensive week on videogame
scoring, learning how to create interactive music environments and how to
better understand the code and needs of the game.

This year, we wanted to include a final *game+pizza party* in which the
students could meet and interact with game developers. Developers could
bring their (unfinished) projects and talk with composers about
possibilities for the music/audio, and composers could showcase the work
they have been developing during the workshop.
This would happen on *July 5th at 6PM at NYU Steinhardt (35 West 4th
Street)*. We’d provide a place for developers to setup and showcase their
games, food, drinks… and wonderful composers!
