[SGDC] Election Next Week

Hey everyone,

Elections are coming up during our meeting next week. This email is to inform you all about the details. To vote in the election, you must be a voting or provisional member. To be a voting member, you must have gone to at least one of the past three game jams and at least two of the past three meetings. A provisional member is a member of the club who will count as a voting member if they show up to the election. To be a provisional member, you must have gone to at least one of the past three game jams and at least one of the past three meetings. The attendance counts were done manually and we aren't perfect, so if you believe you were wrongly included or excluded, please let me (or another E-Board member) know either by email or Discord and we will do our best to correct it. For the election to occur, at least half of the voting members need to show up to the meeting, so we encourage all voting members to attend. Here are the current voting and provisional members:

Voting Members: Jarod Bisnar, Luca Pieples, Angelo Saez, Owen Zilla, Stephen Schmidt, Franklin Shack, Eric Fernandes, Jared Pincus, Wilson Jeng

Provisional Members: David Krauthamer, Aaron Stultz, Wesley LaFerriere, Matthew Drehobl
