[SHPClist] Next meeting, nominations, CPR

Hi Everyone,

The next SHPC meeting will be this coming Monday (March 8th) at 9 PM, in 
BC 110. Come and get a chance to learn from 3 medical and a dental 
student what it's like to graduate and begin your medical education.

Second, SHPC is holding a CPR course this Saturday @ 10 PM in B 430. 
Price is $65, if interested, please sign up on the SHPC website 
stevens.edu/shpc.

Lastly, if you'd like to run for a position in SHPC, nominations are now 
open. The positions available are:

SGA Representative: Go to SGA meetings, interact with SGA, and report on 
decisions and activities of the SGA.

Historian: Update the SHPC website, chronicle SHPC events via 
photography, and assist the secretary with advertising

Treasurer: Responsible for the financial records of the Chapter, 
disburses funds at the direction of the executive council,, and handles 
reimbursements and other financial matters

Secretary: Responsible for keeping the minutes at meetings, and sending 
those to the general body. Additionally, produces fliers and handles 
advertising for SHPC events.

VP: Responsible for assisting the president in the day to day operations 
of SHPC. Supervises other committee chairpersons. Helps President 
maintain organization and achieve goals. Presides over meetings in 
absence of president.

President: Chief Executive of the Chapter, supervises all of SHPC’s 
affairs and activities. Responsible for promotion and operation of SHPC. 
Works with faculty, Eboard, and GB to ensure smooth club operation. 
Additionally, is the main representative of organization in almost all 
cases.
