I forgot the attachment as well as position descriptions. Below are
the descriptions:

o	President-As president, you're biggest responsibilities are
organizing, managing, and delegating. You are the leader of the
EBoard. It is imperative that you manage and keep in touch with
dozens of outside contacts, lead the Medical Experience Program (which
in and of itself is a grand endeavor), and delegate numerous tasks to
the respective members of the EBoard throughout the semester (plan
General Body Meetings, organize events for Boken, book rooms for MCAT
practice tests/review classes, etc). Above all, qualities of
diligence, professionalism, and friendliness are paramount.
o	Vice President -In addition to assisting the President in her
duties, the Vice President looks over the many of the subcommittees
within the organization, such as the CPR class and the Medical
Experience Program Committee. The VP assists in preparing for general
body events and planning events. The VP coordinates with the other
executive board members in promoting and maintaining the organization
as well providing extra assistance and guidance when needed.
o	Treasurer-The treasurers job is to maintain the budget, work with
student life regarding the budget and to pick up things for the
meetings (refreshments). You need to be good at keeping records and
handling money.
o	Secretary –The role of the secretary is to take meeting minutes,
help the rest of the eboard to plan events and email out to update the
general body about what is going on. You need to be good at taking
notes, paying attention and being on top of the calendar.
o	Historian -The big role of the Historian is to serve as webmaster.
The website is a large part of the means by which SHPC members obtain
information about past, present, and future goings on with the
organization. In addition to the upkeep of the website, it is the role
of the historian to obtain all class material to be put in the
archives section of the website. If possible, the historian should be
present at all events in order to take photographs to add to the
website. The historian should be on constant lookout for beneficial
links which students could use to obtain further information about
medical and dental school. The historian must collaborate with each
member of the e-board, particularly the secretary, in order to obtain
previous weeks' meeting minutes. The historian should write and
compile documents on various "how to" tasks, such as become a
volunteer at the hospital, become an EMT, etc. The historian should be
able to easily maintain sudden changes in the website, and should
preferably be somewhat knowledgeable in basic website design.
o	SGA Rep-The primary responsibility of the SGA Represetative is to
represent SHPC in front of the SGA. By serving as a liason between
these two organizations, the SGA Representative makes sure the club
stays on top of it's requirements for the SGA.
