[SHPC] Photography of Patient Illness

All Members,

Just as a reminder...

SHPC presents its first Photography of Patient Illnesses this coming
Friday. In this new event initiated by Professor Leopold, a distinguished
speaker will be presenting photography of patients all throughout the world
with various different diseases. The speaker will present the medical
conditions, background stories, and additional information of these
individuals through photography. The overall message of the event is to
demonstrate the importance of identifying the patient as an individual and
as a fellow human. This presentation is a rare opportunity to expose
students to observational medicine, a growing element in health care
training.
