Subject: Student Organization Yearbook Photo Reminder



Hi,

This is a quick reminder that you signed up Stevens Health Professions Club for a club yearbook photo for tomorrow night (Wednesday, November 8) at 9:40:00 pm.  We ask that you please have your group ready to go at the start of your timeslot so we can accommodate everyone.

Group photos will be taken in the Bissinger Room on the fourth floor of the Howe Center.  Please note the location change for this year!

Please be sure to bring your Stevens ID card with you and have it handy during the photo, and tell the members of your club to do the same.  You will need to swipe your ID card when you arrive, then again for each photo you sit for.  You are encouraged to bring any banners or props that you feel will give your photos more character.  Please do not bring weapons (e.g. crossbows) as props.
