[SHPC] Kaplan MCAT Prep and EMT Class Interest Form

Hey everyone,

As mentioned at the HPAC Event, Stevens is currently working on hosting a
Kaplan prep class over the summer for those preparing for the MCAT. It is
important for us to have an idea of how many students would be interested
so please complete the form below if you are interested in this prep class.

In addition, the form references possibly hosting an EMT class on campus.
Please provide us with your feedback about this class as well. If you know
anyone who is interested in either of these two opportunities, pass the
