For those of you planning to apply to medical, dental or another professional school this cycle (FOR FALL 2018 ENTRY)   there are two things we need from you.

1.    SURVEY:   We have created a survey for you to complete by March 20.  Here is the link:  https://stevenshowe.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe5/form/SV_1ZFm5pgQ5teQrC5  It is imperative that you complete the survey by March 20 so we can start to schedule your meetings with the HPAC committee for end of March/April.
2.    DOCUMENTS:  Submit the following documents to via email to Dr. Kumbaraci (nkumbara at stevens.edu<mailto:nkumbara at stevens.edu> )  Dr. Muisener (pmuisene at stevens.edu<mailto:pmuisene at stevens.edu>) and Marian Gracia (mgracia at stevens.edu<mailto:mgracia at stevens.edu>) by March 27, 2017.

1.  Your updated CV / resume
2.  A copy of your personal essay
3.  Names of 2-science and 1-humanities professors who will write a reference letter for you.  Letters must be written on a letterhead, signed and delivered in a sealed envelope.   (Please note:  when requesting letters from faculty please send them your CV and draft of your personal statement.  Also, plan to make an appointment to meet with them to discuss your application.  )
