Hey everyone!

It's that time of year again to elect a new Executive board for next year!
If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for a position,
please complete the form found here

Friday, March 15th. Details about each position are outlined below.

We will be having elections the week after break, a location and time will
be specified soon.

Position Responsibilities

President- Coordinates with other e-board members regarding events,
funding, advertisement. Delegates responsibility when applicable.
Responsible for running/leading events as well as knowing when deadlines.

Vice President- Assists the President (and other e-board members) with club
management and activity. Takes over president's responsibilities in the
case of absence, etc. Provides input regarding event planning and execution.

Secretary- The secretary sends out emails regarding events/news to all
interested parties. Also responsible for maintaining the email list. Must
be comfortable creating necessary forms for elections, etc.

Treasurer- Responsible for submitting a budget request to the SGA once per
semester. Also is in charge of monitoring P-card usage, spending limits and
arranging food for events.

Social Chair- Social chair is responsible for booking rooms for events as
well as creating flyers for upcoming events.

Historian- The historian is responsible for taking photos at events and
advertising events through social media outlets.
