HI Caroline and Teny.

Can you please send the following updated notice to all in AED, SHPC, BMEs
and any others on your lists.

We will be using Canvas this semester for the Health Professions Advisory
Committee. Have them read the message below. If students want to be added
to the Canvas site they should email Jona Drishti (jdrishti at stevens.edu)
with their email address.

This is in regards to the HPAC Interviews by the Health Professions
Advisory Committee course

Instead of sending an email to Dr. Kumbaraci and Dr. Muisener please
complete the following "Two question survey" through the Canvas site if you
are applying this cycle. The two question survey can be found in the
quizzes tab.

We will then be in touch within the next few weeks with a more detailed
survey, the procedure for you to upload your documents and the interview
schedule.

We will be using Canvas this semester to post information (in the modules
section of the webpage) and also as a way for the applicants to upload
their personal statement, list of references, and resume. If you are
planning to apply make sure to review the document on the HPAC process
which can be found in the modules section of the webpage.

If you have any friends that are planning to apply this cycle and are not
on the Canvas site, please have them email Jdrishti at stevens.edu
<Jdrishti at stevens.edu>and she will add them to the site so they can
complete this short survey. Please note, this survey will allow us to
determine who is applying so we can create a dedicated group for the
applicants and send them more detailed information and a survey and
assignments for them to complete.

For other students, this site will serve as a way for them to review
information on a regular basis concerning the prehealth professions. We
will also occasionally conduct surveys and post announcements. So if any
students want to be added to the Health Professions Advisory Committee
Canvas course, please have them email Jona Drishti jdrishti at stevens.edu

Thank you
