[SHRC] SHRC meeting tonight

We'll be meeting tonight in Jacobus. We won't start building this week since
the parts have not come in, though I expect them to be ready for the start
of next week. I submitted a budget proposal for next semester over the
weekend, so we'll briefly look at what we can expect to do in the fall.
