[SHRC] 4/17 Meeting Recap

Hello all!

Not too much to report on this week.  The quadcopter team worked through
the day off on Friday to finish rebuilding it.  Better yet, tests show that *IT
FLIES, *and* SYMMETRICALLY!*  Monday was centered around more testing at
the baseball field in the park by McLean.  Congrats to all who have been
working on the quadcopter project on getting it to work!
