first year.  As members you will receive information which include:

        a) Discounts at Restaurants with whom the Coccia Foundation has made
such arrangements;
        b) Hard copy of all E-Letters; and
        c) Advance notice of all Activities conducted and/or sponsored by
the Coccia Foundation.

The attachment contains a copy of the Coccia Foundation Membershipn
Application.  Please complete and mail as instructed.  You need not send any
fees since you are being offered a one year free membership in the Coccia
