[Themaintainers] Doodle poll for a Maintainers reading group

Hello everyone,

I think it is already a good sign that we have interest from multiple time
zones on the list.
I'm also interested, but in Europe, so EST evening won't work for me.
I'd propose that the US group test the logistics of the idea and I'd be
happy to try to coordinate something for others.
